Side Dishes

Chestnuts can be used as supplements to main courses as well as an ingredient for several dishes.

  • Chestnut puree : may be served with meat or used for making desserts.
  • Whole chestnuts : are peeled and ready to use and may be served with meat dishes. They add a subtle nut flavor and texture to stuffings, vegetable dishes, soups and sauces.
  • Fire-roasted chestnuts : may be used for aperitifs, in salads or with meat.
  • Chestnut Flour : is gluten free. Lends a unique taste to pancakes, muffins, breads, and cakes.
  • Vacuum-packed cooked chestnuts : these "ready to eat" chestnuts are prepared through vacuum cooking technology; all tastes and aromas are retained during the process.

  • chestnut flour (PET jar or plastic bag 500g)
  • Vacuum-packed cooked chestnuts
    (200g - 1 kg - 3 kg)
